Due to the number of members on shift during this meeting, no committees were assigned.
T-Shirt design update:
David made a nice design and will now be working on the changes that the members suggested.
Elections update:
All positions are open for this election. This includes President, Vice President, 3 Directors positions, Secretary/ Treasurer. To avoid anyone being missed, nominations will be accepted on our forum. (once a post is started) After that person has accepted the nomination we will bring that list forward during our(as of yet unscheduled) election. Every member in good standing is elegible for nomination. Anyone that has paid their dues for this current year is in good standing.
FPF Pub Crawl Update
Pub Crawl Saturday night was a blast. Everything went very smooth from our side of the buffet. Adobe Gila's came through with some great food and even sent some of the staff around with a boot collecting prior to the buffet. The total collected (pending 2nd count and loose change) is $608.00. It's good to say that 100% of that will go directly to the Mickel - Begg scholarship fund.
